3	Can’t get her out of my head I was married 26years . We have been apart 2 years - although I don’t regret leaving and I am very happy now … she is still in my head everyday. It bugs me too . However every month it’s better than the month before . Why helps me is to Keep the head and the heart separate . Give it time . You are doing well . 1	Regrets? She had a “rule” on how often you could see your parents ? Plus all the other stuff ...seems that she controlled you . Good move to get of there man. We all have regrets and 2nd guess ourselves . I was married 26 years and then could no longer take who she had become. Yes , I miss the good stuff , but the bad stuff was also very real and was killing me . You made a decision for you . Not everyone likes it . But that’s ok .
