| 6 | Paternity testing and Presumption of PaternityThat's insane, I've never heard of that before. You should absolutely be allowed to have a paternity test, it is ridiculous to assume. Especially with all the multiple partners and cheating and such. Especially if you are separated from said person. You have the right to not be paying child support for a child that is not yours.
