Well, the biggest repercussion is that the smoke in a young child's developing lungs can cause permanent damage. Severe asthma anyone? And the effects to the brain can also cause a severe impact to the young children's developing brains as well. It's recommended if you attempt Marijuana in any form, edibles or smoking, to wait until fully developed.
