I just wanna say, I love that last paragraph especially: “Give yourself enough internal validation that external validation doesn’t diminish how you see yourself.” Words to absolutely live by!

Good on you for picking up a new hobby! Don’t worry so much about how good you are. Do the hobby because you enjoy it. It’s an opportunity to learn a new skill. You will naturally get better the more you do it and enjoy it. You say you want to change from being antisocial? Join Meetup groups. You like cars and bikes? There are groups of vehicle enthusiasts you can join.

I would strongly suggest doing some research first before going down this path. Also in your case they would a crux for not dealing with your issues.

Dude having been in high school compared to where I am now I am 100% glad that I don’t go to high school anymore.Join meetup groups or do some things out of your comfort zone like hiking. You’ll eventually meet people who care about you and will stick around for the long run.

No. Definitely not drugs. Do not resort to that it will not go well for you.

Dude physics is an awesome field. One of what I would consider the most difficult disciplines of science. I can understand why you are burned out by having applied yourself for so long. But now you’re finished. Well done. You think that because you didn’t lose your virginity in high school that makes you a failure? No it doesn’t. You are NOT a failure. High school and university are literally small phases of your life. The regrets you had back then will not matter in the long run. In regards to …

Dude, you are ONLY 22. You graduated university? That’s fucking awesome dude. What was your field of study first of all? Second of all, just because you’re a virgin and haven’t been kissed doesn’t mean you’re a failure at all dude. I was the same. I didn’t have my first kiss and relationship until I was your age. And even so that’s because I put myself out there and it just so happened a friend was interested in me at the time. Now that may not necessarily happen for you but my point is fear I d…

In a way, it’s a lot like having a job. When you are actually working people want you more because they can see you are active, busy whereas if you are unemployed you are not as noticeable.

Then that's something you should be seeking therapy for. If you are angry at everyone else for having something with others, then how can you even hope to ever have a romantic relationship at all? Seriously, get some help.

What you said in regards to being with someone that is not right for you\she's changed and unhappy etc is exactly what my mother told me after my first break up even I was 23 seven years ago. My first partner was 22 and I was the one who broke it off due to feeling like things weren't working out/ran their course. Everything hurt at the time but eventually I would realise that what my mum said was so true. Believe me you never want to settle down with someone and then right as you're about to ma…

Having worked in Sales myself I can tell you that it's a great way to improve yourself. Especially if you work door to door like I did. So much of it is about being confident (as well as nailing the pitch). You will also learn a lot about being assertive and handling rejection in stride. But be also aware that every day you are "earning your stripes" too. Oh and one last thing you get far better at presenting yourself and "moving with a purpose". I still tell people do it, even if at least for a…

I believe there's three questions to this that may help you go in the right direction: Think back to when you were a child. What did you want to be when you grew up? What interests you? What is something you have never done before but really want to try? If money wasn't something you needed, what could you see yourself doing with your life? You might have different answers to these bit that's not a problem at all. Look into what makes you tick/smile and gets you excited.
