I think you're generalizing too much. My parents have a female cat (we're not quite sure what she is, probably a Siamese and Himalayan mix) and she's insanely affectionate. She literally bothers my parents until they'll sit down so she can jump into their laps and cuddle. I think with cats its a YMMV sort of thing.

I don't really get how me too and the abortion laws are related. I thought the abortion laws are just an opportunistic chance to (stupidly, I might add, since abortion access is one of the greatest allies MGTOW have to avoid the albatross of child support and crotch goblins) challenge Roe v. Wade now that there's a conservative majority on the bench? Seems the timing is more coincidental than anything.

Credit to my mom, she's never said this, ever. She even was one of the people telling me the most clearly that I was rushing into a relationship with an incompatible girl too quickly a few years ago. Your mileage may vary, but at least mine has emphasized remaining single and doing self building. Then again dad and her married way late, in their early 40's, so again, YMMV.

Alternatively, I also don't want to vote for a multiple divorcee dolt who thinks the Chinese are behind climate shifts, or that the heart is a battery with a limited lifespan and that exercise kills you faster than not exercising. From what I've seen, Asian (emphasis on Japanese and Korean) and African men tend to age better than White men generally do. But then again, I may have skewed views because I see a lot of nasty old Caucasian fossils lumbering around (I live in a military town, and a lot of them come back to retire here)

Tangled was an alright film, it had charm and the horse was funny af. Plus it didn't have any of those agendas you're talking about, besides I guess a standard Disney narrative of the story ending in marriage. But that's pretty standard for all Disney movies.

Ironic because if this is supposed to be about the rise and fall of Sparta, their fall from hegemony was precipitated by Thebes decisively defeating them at Leuctra, and the elite of the Theban army was the Sacred Band, 150 pairs of male lovers. Then again, Sparta never looked like the third panel, and was never sacked like the fourth panel, even by Phillip or Alexander, so I'm not quite sure what specific civilization this comic is meant to represent.

The modern era of surveillance was started under the Patriot Act, signed into law by a Republican President. Guys, we're supposed to be working as a support group to pursue our own paths in life separate and not tied to romantic attachment, why do people have to throw the boomer political shit in here? I'm surprised so many people on here seem to be anti-abortion. Children are the ultimate anchor that ties failing relationships together, at least for a time, and result in untold financial misery for predominantly men when the divorce ultimately happens. Plus, 18 years of supporting your spawn seems ultimately like it would be diametrically opposed to the freedom and liberation everyone here claims to espouse. It wasn't very effective in Vietnam. Rich enough kids just stayed in college while their doting wealthy parents just kept funding more useless degrees. My dad knows a guy who got 3 bachelor's degrees over the course of like 8 years just waiting out the end of the draft, bankrolled by his parents. The draft may have made the upper middle class through the low class interact, but the truly wealthy were insulated by college and frivolous waivers from service.

Its worse even than what the article says. The article talks about calculating an "Attractiveness" factor based on how often you get a match based on a swipe. I putter around on Tinder (but have stopped talking it seriously) and usually between 20-25% of my swipes, assuming I was just swiping right on everyone, would be matches. That puts me at an attractiveness of about 106, off the scale in the article. And its true, I have over 2,000 matches in only a year of having Tinder. ​ *However*, here'…
