The most shocking thing is amongst all the cases they cover in this video, none of them are serving even a full year in prison, and as usual, it's almost never called molestation or rape. It's an "inappropriate relationship" or "had sex with" as though it's not aheinous crime.

To play devil's advocate I would argue that by getting physical with the assailant you're only further increasing your exposure to potential germs and pathogens they carry. I would never advocate or suggest that someone attack someone for being spit on by them, but I don't feel any pity for the spitter, and wouldn't condemn someone for choosing to do so.
