For one, he didnt speak a lick of spanish, which made things harder than they needed to be, but he was still fine. | 3 | Divorcing, Bankrupt and Over 60He went to Medellin, Colombia. Perfect weather year round, dollar very strong. Absolutely loves it. Travels out to Santa Marta for the beaches. Had he stayed here, he would have had to work indefinitely. A buddy of his moved down about 6 years ago, and he got the idea from him. He only flies back to see his daughter once a year i guess. But there's lots of places you can go from what he's told me. Cuenca, Ecuador is very popular for US/Canadian expats (and they use the dollar, so no exchange).
