A company defending itself in a sexual discrimination case would most definitely have the burden of proof. That's not how that works. You are innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is always on the plaintiff, never the defendant (unless you're using a defense of "truth" in a libel/slander case). Well the military rate is much lower than 25%. But it's still much higher than the national average. Crack addicts and the like are probably the highest. But the highest rate in the military is definitely military-on-military, especially while deployed. Ironically enough, more men than women are raped in the military, on account of the fact that the vast majority of people in the military are male. Basic Allowance for Subsistence does not increase for each dependent. BAS is solely for the military member, dependents aren't included. The only thing that increases when you get married is your BAH, and that is only "with" or "without" dependents, doesn't matter how many you have. 2 people the exact same rank/TIS, one married w/o kids and one with 3 kids, are going to make the exact same amount of money, barring special pay like hazardous duty pay/family sep.

Well, your spouse should never have to ask for money. That is a form of control/abuse. Everything should be shared, that's part of marriage. Rather, if he/she wants to purchase something outside the normal everyday purchases, you should have a discussion together and decide if your finances can manage it.

I never said that the rapist is any less to blame. However, the person that is most responsible for your safety is you, no one else. I wound never say a sexual assault victim deserved what happened to them, but in most circumstances they could have taken steps to prevent it.

By that same logic, vaccinations should be illegal as well. The point is, parents make medical decisions for their children. Circumcision has real medical and hygienic benefits. If it was something that was purely for religious reasons I could see it being an issue. But it actually helps.

I'm a big supporter of men's rights, but the anti circumcision movement is something that i don't get. There are health and hygienic reasons for circumcision. There is some evidence to suggest that some sensation is lost with circumcision, but IMO the benefits outweigh the cons.
