If she was just being a drunk, attention seeking moron, then I think 2-4 years and a sizeable fine is just. If she was indeed sick and was willfully attempting to spread the infection, not only should she get the MAXIMUM penalty, but investigators should work hard to find out if she had been doing this at other locations.

At the end of the video when the cop shows up, she just gets up and walks out with (seemingly) no fuss. I sometimes think that people like her are either running their own personal social experiment, or they're hoping that someone hits them so that they can live off of a lawsuit settlement.
