Just because one claims judge gets it doesn’t mean the majority if circuit court judges do. Many are still very biased against men and the system is geared against them and their rights. Women want equality? Lets start there.

All this in a State that banned giving preference to anyone based on race. Even where the will of the people far outweigh any desire to cow to the notion of not giving jobs or educational slots to someone merely because they are a certain color. The race baiting needs to end in order for true equality to be ever achieved.

Absolutely a great idea, I have been proposing this. Although the system has flaws everyone should know about someone that does something like this and be warned before possibly being another victim.

How about all the mens lives that have been absolutely ruined by some worthless skank trying to start crap by lying? This isn’t an isolated example, there’s been many cases of fraudulent prosecutions of men because some women wanted her vengeance or someone had to pay. Often the men were only exonerated after irrefutable dna evidence and sometimes after decades. It’s abhorrent and must change. Rape is as inexcusable as a false allegation; however, the penalty and the impacts are nowhere near equ…

She should have to register as a sex offender after completion of a solid jail sentence. This was both a humiliating and ruinous attempt to defame her ex. All because she’s female and wanted vengeance they immediately believe her and make his life hell. Complete garbage.

This concept is important because this is an issue not limited to women/girls. It’s absolutely disgusting that predators abuse young people (and old occasionally); may they all get what they deserve. It’s amazing and disgusting how many arrests involve abuse, but specifically sexual abuse of young ones. Many are probably surprised to learn this horrible crime also happens to young men. It was also surprising to me the sheer number of sex offenders nearby when I started looking. Everyone should d…

Should be a Federal mandate for every State in the union! Also, something needs to be done to eliminate alimony and make the child support system fair. Marriage shouldn’t be a meal ticket for either spouse and no matter what happens to the marriage, parents shouldn’t have to worry about maintaining a meaningful, real, relationship with their children. I hope other States follow suit!

This is about the only good legislation I’ve ever seen introduced in Illinois. Figures the libbers would oppose it. Tie it to some form of gun control, then the lunatics will pass it guaranteed. Pathetic what IL has become. I’ll never go through it again if I can help it until they fix things.

They can only garnish up to 65% the rest goes to arrears and builds up. Completely bullshit. No family situation would work that way.

This poor guy I really feel bad for him. That’s $200 short of monthly wages before alimony and child care. This should absolutely be illegal for any judge to order. They are making him a criminal; ruining his credit; forcing him into destitution and destroying his relationship with his kids. Some States will even order support back to birth. Imagine starting out $100,000 behind, having to file bankruptcy (because you cannot pay your bills now), paying 65% of your wages, getting progressively beh…

Very sad, there’s a major need for equal parenting rights in all custody battles. That should be the default not the exception. In cases where the father is obviously the safest choice, there should be no hesitation to give him full custody and make her pay support; however, it has been done the opposite for so long it’s entrenched as normal. This must change. Fathers have as much or more to contribute to the raising of children as any women does. Another prime example of reverse discrimination …

I thought all the guns were responsible for suicides? Looks like it doesn’t much matter. Idiots. How about start giving people in Europe their liberties back, stop demasculinty and encourage more men’s rights and services.

As you well know then by reading the other amendments they were referencing individual rights as well as the collective defense. Look at several State constitutions as well from around the same time and shortly thereafter, the individual right is directly acknowledged and upheld. They based this off the common understanding of the Constitution at the time, this is so obvious you don’t need to be a Constitutional scholar to see it. Unfortunately SC judges are politically affiliated and as such ma…

What’s disingenuous is to lump suicides by guns into statistics in an attempt to justify undermining our Constitutional rights as some contributing factor for “gun violence”. It’s simply not the same thing, but rather is used to support an extremist agenda and a activist position. Let’s be honest here. You can’t untie the noose, remove the blade, climb back on the roof or not swerve into that giant tree; once it’s been done. When someone wants to truly end their existence it doesn’t matter, they…

This ultimately is a Constitutional law issue. For those that don’t agree with the liberties outlined in he Constitutional and Bill of Rights, there is a process in place to amend the constitution. Propose an amendment, get 2/3 majority in both houses and 3/4 of the States have to ratify it. Can’t accomplish that? Game over and it’s time to focus on another solution because state and local laws cannot override the freedoms in our Constitution. Laws are based on the Constitution, not the other wa…
