Okay this has to be addressed because you might actually want to do this, but no a 14 y/o can never give consent since that’s illegal. Prisoner with the guard thing is also illegal And its not rape unless the other person doesnt want it to happen when they come to their senses. Consent isnt 100% guaranteed when you or someone else is intoxicated. Just dont be an asshole 😁 Other than that im out ✌🏼

But heres an idea. Try to meet a girl with similar interests as you, be friends for a while, ask her out, be happy and then you most likely wont have to worry about consent, unless you are into some really hardcore bdsm or some kink shes not into. 😃

Well I appreciate you taking my statement out of context. The situation I was imagining was two people who are not under the influence of any substance that want to have sex, you cant go back on it if consent was given and never taken away during. But yes in some situations like as you stated if you drug a girl and she mumbles “lets fuck” thats not really consent since she is under the influence of a drug. Also applies to alcohol. And now you register as a sex offender.

Well first off they are completely separate obviously, you are just trying to deflect the argument to make me confused. Consent is when a woman or man says it is okay to have sex. Thats it. God on the other hand is an extremely volatile subject especially for this sub Reddit which I will not go into. One is law (consent), one is ones opinion(God).
