There’s a lot that goes into texting that doesn’t have much to do with texting. When you are talking to the girls, what is their engagement level? Are you exchanging number or are you just getting there numbers? Do they look somewhat happy or excited or do they look like they want to get away from you? Also, what exactly are you texting them for the initial text?

If she’s showing interest in person but not in text then try setting up a date the next time you see her. Whenever you do see her then you should ask her out and you’ll find out if she really likes you or just wants attention. But in the meanwhile you should be talking to other women. If you see a girl and she’s giving IOI’s, approach.

I’ve never been someone who believed in giving a women a specific place and time to meet. Whether that’s for women or people in general. I believe in asking something along the lines of, “what days are you available”. Then from that response, choosing a day that works best for you.

What you wrote for number #4 and #6 go hand and hand. If she possibly cheated on her boyfriend because he didn’t give her enough attention, what’s possibly gonna happen to you? If your someone who is improving all areas of your life (physically and career wise) and maybe sees your girl a few times a week. You could possibly get cheated on. POSSIBLY.
