My lawyer brought it up. She didn't hold back. You just need to find one who is willing to work.

All my friends were telling me to get a man lawyer. Till I met a female lawyer and I knew she was the one. I wasn't at fault. My ex cheated, and she wanted everything. My lawyer denied her everything I kept the house and I walked away with 75k from the man my ex cheated with. Change your lawyer.

My ex pulled that on me. But something gave me the Spidey senses. She used her dying father as an excuse. She went back to her home state and I followed 3 months later. When she said okay I found a house let's buy it. I said okay, but put it in your name, i can't since mine is still under the other house. Once we moved in not even 3 weeks in the house she says I want a divorce. Anyway I went looking and found out she was chatting and calling her ex from High school. Found me a woman lawyer and I…

She's setting you up. The next big thing she'll drop on you is I want a divorce. You got her the house and she's back where she has support.

Unless she can prove the child is your's then you don't have to pay child support for that baby. If you have other children get a DNA done. If they are yours get lawyer and make sure your payment goes through the courts. The reason for that is so she can't say you never paid her. Alimony if you can prove the infidelity then she gets zero. If you live in a state that has an Alienation of affection law you can sue the crap out her lover.

E mail is the best way to go right now. This way you have everything in writing. Divorce is a monster and it doesn't care. I had an ex that wasn't good at keeping her word or changed her mind all the time. So when I told her no more verbal communications she went ballistic. When we went to court I pulled out all the emails.

I've been in your shoes. My daughter was 13 when she said she didn't want to come see me or spend the 2 months in the summer with me. But that was all her mother talking. I forced her till she was 17 when she told me she found a job and she needed to make money because she had to help with the insurance and gas. When she turned 18 she then said she wanted to take her step dad's last name. The man was having heart attacks and it was his way of "leaving her some money." When the judge asked her ar…

Yeah No. She's one of those needy insecure people. She will give you grief with time and if you have kids with her she will be jealous because you don't give the same attention to her kid. Leave while you can.

No, I had some good times. I will just never get involved with a woman with kids and have animals who is insecure and jealous. I know that's like 95% of what's out there.

You're making a big mistake. She won't respect you and you will be treated worse. Don't go back with her. You aren't her priority, and she will keep looking. Just keep walking the other way. Burn that bridge it isn't worth keeping it.

You didn't write a prenuptial before you got married. I hope you didn't move out either because she can say you abandoned her. You need a good lawyer. You might have to sell the house and she'll take half after all expenses are paid off. All expenses means loans and credit cards she will have to pay her half in that. It doesn't matter if she didn't work and they are under your name. All that debt was racked up during the marriage. The other option is you buy her out. Have the lawyer come up with…

Get out now. You are being used big time. Call a lawyer before you leave the house. You might take a hit on the sale but it will be worth it. A lawyer will give you better advice on how to navigate the divorce.

Good luck, make sure you have all the proof. Maybe you won't have to pay alimony.

Talk to a lawyer. In my case she was the one who was unfaithful. My lawyer was able to sue her lover for Alienation of affection and no alimony. I walked away with $125k after everything was done.

I say try to work it out. She went out the marriage for some reason so at least try to find out why and work on it. It's easy to just say F it, but if there is still a grain of love try to seek counseling. It won't be easy to trust her again. Tell he to leave her phone unlocked and you do the same. If you have nothing to hide then you wouldn't care. Don't be your marriage be another statistic. True love you must work hard to keep. One day go to Mc Donald's and sit with the old timers. Ask them w…

Foreign women have gotten wiser, especially if she knows you're a Foreigner. They will treat you like a king, they will even pay for some of the dates. Hate to tell you but it's called an investment. She's investing in you so you can expose more of your kindness. It's rare you will find a good woman. Usually those are the ones that will date you a few times then invite you home to meet her family. Just be careful and don't be gullible.

Get a lawyer. File for 50/50 on the kids, house and all bills acquired during the marriage. So if you have 20k debt she'll pay half. Alimony is a different Story. Who was at fault will be the one dishing out payments. Also make her pay your lawyer since she's the one who wants the divorce. The lawyer will explain how that works. Also if she has someone else look to see if your state has a law called alienation of affection. You can sue the guy who's chasing your wife.

I've been down this road. My ex cheated with her High school sweetheart. The funny thing is she told me he would beat her and that's why she left him. We had a kid, she went on FB looking for her friends and she found a her best friend from HS. Her best friend knew where he ex was living and had his information. Well they were emailing each other and texting and I found her account openand and I read the emails and printed them out. When she came home I said come into the kitchen. I have a surpr…

Her so called "High School Sweetheart." That law applies to any man or woman who alienated the marriage. You just need the proof. Also everyone doesn't get that amount. I don't know how they calculate that.

Yes it is, it's eat or get ate. I got a female lawyer to help me with my divorce. She didn't drop a nuclear bomb but she made sure my ex will never forget her cheating ways.

You didn't have a good lawyer or he just didn't do justice for you. My ex wife cheated with her "High School Sweetheart" who beat her through high school. (That's a different Story.) I live in NC where you can sue the person who broke up your marriage. It's called alienation of affection, you just need proof and you're good. I had text messages, e mails and photos. That alone netted me 125k. She didn't get alimony and I went 75/25 on the house, me taking the 75%. We went 50/50 on communital debt…

You are going to have problems with the under the table finance. You will be order to pay child support from your income. Make sure you also show proof of whatever else you are paying for the children. The judge will take this into consideration. Make sure you tell the judge you want your child support to go through the courts. That way she doesn't get a wild hair and say you never payed her that month.

Find a lawyer. Don't get out the house or apartment. Do you have receipt of you paying for her schooling? 10 years you just don't dump just like that. A lawyer will tell you about what you can get and give you a run down.

My ex pulled that on me. We reached her home state and she said I want a divorce. Told me to get out. Lucky we were in her mother's house and her did like me. I told her mom your daughter asked for a divorce and she's kicking me out. I told her to please give me 15 days and I'll leave. I came back to my home state and I opened a court case on her. The judge didn't give her alimony or child support because she got up and moved to another for no reason. The judge said the money I was supposed to g…

I had a rough childhood. The first thing I look in a relationship is do I feel safe and attitudes. Well my ex was still in love with her ex husband who left her homeless. He came back around because the woman he ran away with divorced him. My ex started to get verbally abuse and even tried to hit me over stupid crap. She wanted me to put life360 on my phone so she could track my every move. I told her no, I'm an adult and I don't need to be tracked like a teen. So when I felt unsafe and bullied …

There is no good playbook for this question. Communication is very important, helping each other out with chores is another key factor, and making decisions together is key. Every relationship is different and both of you know each other quirks. Make sure you never go to bed angry. As a man you take the first step to fix the problem or come to a negotiable solution. If she's bull headed get close to her and look her in the eyes and kiss her. That usually works. May your marriage be one that last…

Whatever you do, don't leave the house. Stay there like roommates if possible. Get a lawyer and start the process. When you and the lawyer write down what you want for custody make sure that there are no lope holes she can use. Make sure it's clear and direct. If she leave the state with the kids in some states you won't pay child support. The judge will tell you that money to save so you can go see your children. Divorce is messy especially if you have a lot of assets.

This will be extreme but you will have a paper trail. Call the police and tell them you have court order visitation and she's denying you your right.

You don't contact her lawyer you contact yours. He'll write up some paperwork and hand it over to her lawyer. Those loop holes are something that will benefit both parties. The good thing if she continues to break the court order visitation you can have your lawyer make another visitation order but this time make sure there isn't any loop holes.

You have to prove all that. Get CPS involved and have her mom and sister put their concerns on paper or with the CPS visiting worker. They will also investigate you and it will cost you some money but it's worth it.

Yes, get a lawyer. Don't say word or negotiate anything. Let them do all the work through a mediator.

At first it will be hard. Whatever happens always call your child or do video call. Make sure you dot all your i's and cross all your T's verbal communication between you the mom is good but try to always get a written copy via text or email. That way there is no I don't remember saying that or that's what you thought you said.

Here getting up and moving far hoping you will follow isn't going to be easy. You can take her to court over that. It will also probably affect her child support. Since you now have to save money for plane tickets and hotel stay when you do go visit your child. My ex did that. We were living in NC and she divorced me and went to FL. I took her to court and I didn't have to pay her child support. Then I had to take her back to court to fight for custody. Which we agree I get my child every other …

Place 250 or 300 into an account every month for your daughter. That's for child support when you go to your custody hearing her first sentence will be your honor he hasn't been giving me child support. She won't tell the judge she got up and left while you was working. Everything you do with your ex from now on do via text or email. That way you have a paper trail. Anything you do money wise do through zelle and make sure you put for what before you send it. I wish you luck and no matter what d…

It was hard leaving my son behind but I couldn't live with his mom. It got harder when she denied access to him. So I had to go to court to see my kid. During that time I would buy groceries for him give her half the rent and light expenses in total it was about 800 a month. She took me to child support court and told the judge she's not receiving anything since I left. Lucky I had the proof that I was helping her out. The judge got angry at her for lying and ordered me to pay 350 a month. It wa…

Once you leave, she will hit you up for child support during that time you hit her with a custody case. Get your lawyer to do that. Also have your child support go through the courts that way she never says she didn't receive it. Make sure you are clear and specific how you want custody, how you will do summers and holidays. Make sure it goes through the court. If she fails you can always take her back to court for not allowing you to see your child. Make sure nothing is verbal between you and h…

Eventually, she will also move so don't think you'll be doing yourself a favor for staying close. I say move out but call the management office and have your name removed so if she doesn't pay or moves out it doesn't comeback on you. Make sure you do a separation notice stating that you will do xyz and if she agrees she can't say you did things without her knowledge.

No, this will not work. Your divorce will always be in your head. Do people change? Yes, and not always for the best. Live separately, keep assets separate but don't go back .
