2	I'm not sure if this belongs here but I believe it's relevant! You should really post a link to the article as well. When just looking at that screen shot I assumed it where a situation where experience/education based salary requirements came into play. For example in America some private and public companies have rigid salary tiers where having X number of years of industry experience means you will start higher up on the salary ladder for a position even if you've never worked for that company before. She was a "weak" woman who hit a "strong" man because of that he is not capable of self defense but only violence in that situation.
