If there is a restraining order then it depends on the distance set. They can't stop her from standing on public property if she's at the proper distance from those protected in the order. It does exist but it exists on account of personal life choices rather than sexism. On average women work less hours than men, they don't take dangerous jobs as often as men, they're less likely to ask for a raise, they take more vacation and sick days and often take years off after having children.
