Honestly I would have just said that I wasn't filming them and if the tough guy in the hybrid kept trying to engage I would have just told him to fuck off. You can't argue with someone like that. It just a waste of time. People spend way too much of their time arguing with these sorts of assholes and not enough time telling them to go fuck a landmine.

I'm not arguing with you! I agree with you but I'm probably not making sense. If the 5% from lung cancer is a larger population of people than those who suffer from ALS, I would choose to help those who suffer from lung cancer. The goal is to help the most people who are suffering through no fault of their own.

Just to be clear, I'm not defending XKG's tone. XKG definitely wasn't charitable in his/her argument. This wasn't a personal attack on you. How many people suffer from those conditions due to genetics? This is the same thing as EVERY fat person saying that they can't lose weight due to genetics. Yes, genetics can either be a factor or even the total reason for someone to be fat. The amount of people that are affected by genetic... fatness(?) is a small fraction. this seems like a substantial oversight. Child support should be included as income, regardless of the source. What else could it possibly be classified as? In any case, I'm glad to hear that parent-time rights have gotten better in Arizona. I've had to deal with Utah's family law system, and it has got to be one of the worst in the country.

Subsections C and D essentially say the same thing, because even if the other parent is paying child support, that amount of income cannot be considered in the calculation. I guess my question is... why not?
