The book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill talks about Sex Transmutation. If you're not already fabulously wealthy, use the extra energy to propel you on your way to financial independence. If wealth isn't one of your life goals, use the energy to achieve something else. If you are human, you have a goal that you want to reach.
