In your scenario I don’t think she has any ground to stand on for suing him, because she couldn’t prove that he intended to have sex. However as he is a man and she is a woman I think that she would still probably get away with it

I disagree. We often hear about the sexist and crazy ones but that doesn’t mean all are like that. It’s like what feminists say, that all men are bad and are predators. Obviously that isn’t true, but we can’t afford to generalise. Each gender has their own cons and pros. For each difficult part of each gender there is a positive part too, you need to keep things like this in context

I don’t deny they have privilege. I’m just saying for example that the women that falsely accuse of rape, not all women do that. Although it’s a terrible terrible thing you wouldn’t say that ALL women accuse falsely of rape. I’m a man here, and I mean I think there shouldn’t be male teachers just to fill a quota. Hire a female teacher over a man if they are more certified or more experience etc. If however the male teachers are being forced out sorely on gender then that isn’t ok

I don't think for life, but at least as long as the man would have been sentenced for. because even if the case is thrown out, or proved false, the male will still never recover as there will always be a stigma against them because of it. Then you have SJW's that say that Men should go to jail no matter whether the allegation is true or false.
