I would say it’s just another tool. You meet girls everywhere: through friends, at bars, at your local lunch spot; so why not just add it to your list of spaces? No one’s gonna judge you, just talk to some women and see who shows an interest in you. The only advice I can give you is that you have to figure out how to get what you want, no girl is gonna just come up to you and give it to you (unless you follow rules 1 & 2, then your workload is somewhat lighter).
