Thanks! I do think lifting has value in terms of physicality building but i'll check out HIIT! i've got some shitty weights that my brother gave me i could try and work with... I'm pretty sure the reason why they suggest weights is that it's a very manly thing to lift heavy but what about if the job i'm going to be working in involves heavy lifting all the time? this is where my balance lies!
