If you try to dispute this legally you HAVE TO leave out the sex. You’re divorced and it no longer matters in the equation unless they’re literally having sex IN FRONT of the children. No matter how pissed you are, leave it out of acting you report going forward.

Bro, that’s literally what everyone says to men when they first hear of the divorce. I worked through it. You’re not the only problem in the failure of your marriage and all of this is not your fault. HOWEVER, some of it is your fault, just like my divorce. But you lashed out, you destroyed property, you have a restraining order, you violated the restraining order and that caused you to go jail man. That isn’t what i feel, those are cold hard facts man. Look bro, you have to be honest with yours…

“I don’t have anger problem,” then proceeds to describe an incident that shows an anger problem, minimizes your actions, blames her for everything. Cool story bro. Anyway, quit focusing on trying to be vindicated. Listen to your attorney. Have ZERO contact with her. Don’t violate the order again.

Hmmmmm, you’ve been thrown out of therapy, threw her shit out the house and broke items, a recovering alcoholic, you’re the subject of a restraining order and you’ve spent time in jail for violating the order. You’re blaming her for everything and minimizing your own actions. You’re focused on justice, “her lies” and getting retribution. Take an anger management class and take it seriously. Get a new therapist and listen to them. You left a lot out but it’s very easy to read between the lines, y…

No disabled kids, no alimony, no disabled children, 2300 a month. Why are you this vested in their affairs at this point? Not being mean, just curious. I think if you’re a minor and well taken care of you should worry about other things since this works for both parents.

If she wants to travel and is barely a parent, offer no child support so you can take the kid back. Might work 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Man, this is eerily similar to my ex wife. Use this court case as an opportunity to force her in front of doctors and therapists. Police weren’t involved in my situation so i couldn’t force anything. She’s in the midst of post partum depression or something has triggered a mental illness or there’s another dude. Go see a lawyer bro, seek full custody given her arrest until she gets help.

For Fed employees they calculate a percentage, whatever she’s due she gets whenever you retire. So if she’s due 15% based on the length of your marriage, she gets 15% of whatever your monthly payment is after you retire. Eg you are 1000, she gets 150 and you get 850. A way around that is to figure out a buyout amount and have her get it from your 401k. LET HER HAVE IT OUT OF YOUR 401k. Eg she wants 50k and she gets a 50k payment via QDRO. If she wants to access that cash SHE pays the 10% penalty…

Chronic masterbation was my issue. Knocked it off and he rises again. Plus my low T didn’t help but it’s treated now.

I’ve had several since the divorce but that’s never my top priority when seeking a woman.

There’s no evidence she was hitting on a guy. Dude shot his shot. I’d be cheering for her to find someone else to bother personally 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Most of it seems like BS but he’s probably screwed on the house. Decree says she gets half. He didn’t pay her half from the looks of it. So she can probably get half of the equity at TODAY’S value. NOT A LAWYER but that’s probably the only thing he can get screwed on. House likely quadrupled in value during that time too.

Women with kids generally don’t understand because they usually have the kids 70% of the time so getting a baby sitter is no big deal. It’s really tough when your custody schedules conflict (eg in Texas, fathers typically get there first weekend of the month so mothers are free the first weekend of the month. This is for non custodial fathers. Hard to days when someone has the kids every weekend).

Doctor. Full blood work up with your T levels checked. Could be an easy solution linked to your results and it’s something you should do anyway.

You’re right but sadly no one that could help cares. Only thing that would help you is documented drug use or her having sex in front of him.

Horrible, but it’s been about a week without porn. Also, I’ve only consumed one bottle of wine over about the last 6 weeks (but alcohol has never really been a problem——but the porn, YIKES). Just stewing in my own thoughts until I pick a therapist to figure out why i keep choosing, or allowing them to choose me, mean ass women I don’t even like. It’s almost a kink at this point. 🤷🏾‍♂️

He’s right you know. You ask a simple question, straight forward question then spend hours describing what your ex wife did to you before you’re offered any practical advice. Waste of time.

Bro, just leave before she gets pregnant and it gets exponentially worse. Trust me, I’ve been there and it doesn’t get easier. I’m just waiting in my kids to turn 18.

I had the very special circumstances of no equity available. We (meaning ME) would’ve had to pay out of pocket to cover closing costs. So I kept the house in the fall of 19. Then Covid happened and housing prices exploded for some reason. Went from 260 to 400 with i sold in 23. You “might” be in the perfect spot given market conditions. Go to a realtor for an assessment and ask what you could get for your house. If you walk away with dam near zero and can show her attorney there is no equity, it…

Mileage varies on this one. If you pay 250 per month, you BETTER do extra shit. If you pay 2500 a month, I would understand you not wanting to pay extra but it’s not a good look.

Ooooffff. Bro, in Texas I can ask my ex wife to sign a form acknowledging I’ve made past payments. Maybe you can ask her to end the order and agree to continue to pay. Just find a story online about a guy that got screwed in the past on this and explain you want to avoid this. Also, you’ll even sign a notarized document agreeing to the bank transfer until the support is supposed to end. See if your state allows sitting like that Do whatever you can to maintain the good coparenting, within reason…
