The thing is: you're feeling nervous because holding her hand might be too much of a jump for you. So you need to increase the touching gradually. I don't how physical you've gotten with this girl, but you got take small steps. If you're sitting next to her and her hand is on the table, try slightly touching it, but don't remove your hand right away. And build up from there. And context is important. At least in my country (Brazil), holding hands with someone in public is something basically onl…

We're really similar, man. I had several issues being shy my whole life and stress caused the grays too. So while you're working on therapy and stress, dye the hair or use the shampoo (in my country, a good one is called Grecin Control GX). Don't feel self conscious about doing something to improve your appearance. Because no matter what people tell you, a gray head of hair or a gray beard is always going to make you look signifcantly older.

You are literally me, bro! I have the same exact issue going on right now, I kid you not. So of course people are gonna tell you grey looks good on guys and all that. But the thing is: if YOU don't like it, change it. We have shampoos that gradually dye the greys and have lasting effect. Or just go to a barbershop and dye it. Or buy a dyeing solution and do it at home. I did all three and I love the results. It made me more confident. It's probably not the best strategy to not have any greys at …

There is a a thing to be said about the numbers too. Objectively speaking, there are a lot more attractive women than men. The average woman is far less attracted to the average man than the other way around. For a man to be universally appealing to women, he has to be extremely good-looking, but a woman needs to be quite less objectively hot to get the same kind of attention. So it is statistically impossible for every attractive woman to end up with a guy who matches her looks. While very attr…

The thing is: leagues do exist. Any society that consists of people will arrange themselves in a type of hierarchy - a political one, a social one and a sexual one (which is the one we're talking about here). So if a woman is out of your league in a specific aspect (when people say that, it usually means looks), you have to make it up for it in other areas. So you have to be a better smooth talker, have better social status, be more influent, be more socially and sexually pre-validated and so on…

I agree. That's why I was trying to understand why that happens to my friend...and one explanation that came to mind was this...that women feel judged negatively if they clearly show interest in a man.

I appreciate your response and glad you acted in a way that felt natural to you! People complain about the imbalance in the dating world but whenever someone acts in a way that would make it better they're met with judgment.

The key is: social pre-validation. Women are mostly attracted to safety and comfort. Raw sexual attraction only wins when the social context provides immunity for "promiscuous" behavior ( for example: vacation in another country, college parties, parties in general and so on) or the guy is extremely attractive. But those are rare occasions for normal women. And sure, of course there are women who value looks more than anything, but we all know those are extremely rare. Let me present you with th…

Always remember one thing: women are always attracted to familiriaty. So if you come out of nowhere and ask her out basically out of the blue, she's almost always going to reject you. The risk/reward is not good for her...you could be at the same gym as her and be a criminal or just a weirdo.. So you have to establish yourself as a non-threat and at the same time flirt (indirectly show that you're interest in her sexually). The only expections are if you're extremely attractive or somehow she's …

If men started only pursuing women who gave them clear indicators of sexual interest, the human species would become extinct. Women usually only give IOIs to guys they find really attractive, which happens to be rare. And when they do, is something vague and indirect like being in your vicinity for a longer period of time or looking at you for a bit longer. Women are extremely passive in this regard and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. If you wait for a clear IOI from women to app…

Perfectly put! Women will only approach or let a man clearly know that they're sexually interest in him if she perceives that his sexual market place value is significantly greater than hers. If it is roughly the same, men will always have to initiate the interaction and be the driving force.

You have to understand something about women: they're absolutely ruthless when they lose interest in a guy. Especially when they're that young. They will get cold and break things off instantly, doesn't matter if it's a 6 month fling or a 8 year-old relationship. And the more you whined to her about your feelings, the more she lost respect and interest in you. So tough lesson learned and now you can move on!

I'm gonna save you hours of reading. You only need 5 things: 1 - Maximize your attractiveness, looks and status. This may differ depending on what kind of women you're into. 2 - Maximize your social skills (being smooth, carismatic, communicative, easy and outgoing - don't forget to use that in a sexual/flirty way when it comes to women you're interested in). 3 - Maximize your numbers. Unless you're a male model, women are not going to approach or let you know that they're attracted to you very …

Think about this: how many times in your life have you encountered an actual extremely confident and assertive woman? It's quite rare. Women (especially younger women, the ones we are trying to get) are, in general, extremely insecure and passive. Now why would they be attracted to a man that shows these same traits? They like confidence, assertiveness and action-prone men exactly because is what they lack themselves. It's only natural.

Most people still get together through work, school, courses, family, friends in common and etc. A woman is much more likely to show interest in you if you meet organically than by cold approaching or OLD. Thats why you see so Many average guys with good looking Girls. The guy who is a 6 has a better chance of hooking up with a girl if they happen to be at the same College party than a guy who is a 8 and matches with her on Tinder.

What else can you do? Basically, approach indirectly with a situational or observational opener and try to engage in lighthearted conversation over the course of a few days. As the days go by, try to throw in light flirting and teasing into the conversation and analyze how she responds. If she seems interested and flirts/teases back, then you can proceed and flirt more heavily and try to get some sort of contact information/set up a date. If she responds neutrally or negativily, pull backup a bi…

That is so true! If every woman in the world started only going out, kissing, having sex, marrying or having children with guys they found initially attractive at first sight, it would not take long for humanity to be extinct.

Maybe mention the situation in which you met her? Comment something funny/witty about the barbecue you were at

I second this. It makes you that less likely to pursue a girl who clearly doesn't take care of her health or isn't physically active.
