| 3 | Serial rape accuser tried to have ex-boyfriend arrested with rape lieHow often do women violently gang rape a man, video tape it, and then post videos laughing about how awesome it was? I know that women falsely accusing men does absolutely happen, but when you all focus on that and NOTHING else, it makes mens rights look really bad. What about the young woman in Steubenville, Ohio? She was brutalized and the men thought it was absolutely hilarious. Mens rights is really great at pulling random examples of false accusations, but rarely do you people ever criticiz… | /r/MensRights | 03/01/13 02:28 AM |
| -1 | ... And I pay for condoms, will feminism buy me those?Don't you dare come into Mens Rights with your silly logic and reason! Everyone knows that this is the place for poor analogies and misogyny thinly veiled as "healthy debate." | /r/MensRights | 01/01/13 05:21 PM |
| 4 | Don't be THAT girl - 2This shit right here has pretty much made my point for me. This group isn't about advancing equality, and if it was, your sexist comments about women would not be tolerated. We need feminism because people like you keep propping up the idea that all women do is fill their heads with frivolity. Thanks for proving my point, and thanks for reminding me that this subreddit and this entire movement is disgusting and laughable. | /r/MensRights | 30/12/12 05:56 AM |
| -1 | Don't be THAT girl - 2I think you are forgetting that women have been begging to be in the battlefield for years, but men prevented them from doing so because they didn't view them to be as strong or able-bodied. | /r/MensRights | 30/12/12 04:46 AM |
| -8 | Don't be THAT girl - 2Ugh, you're right, man. Men have it so hard. All that privilege and power for the last 300 years in America is just so burdensome. Men are truly the disadvantaged ones. | /r/MensRights | 30/12/12 02:01 AM |
| -5 | Don't be THAT girl - 2Thanks for mansplaining what rape is and why my perspective is so screwed up. If I didn't have a smart man like you around, I'd just be so lost! | /r/MensRights | 30/12/12 01:29 AM |
| 2 | What type of men are you supporting? That definitely makes sense, and I think it's something feminists and men should work on together. I always found it almost animalistic that young boys have to go off and register for the draft. It's interesting to hear the male perspective sometimes, and it's a reminder to me that as a feminist, I should be actively working toward total gender equality, including men's issues. | /r/MensRights | 05/06/12 07:00 PM |
| 0 | What type of men are you supporting?Fair enough, thank you all for the insight. Although men will still never know the feeling of your body being legislated against, or being left out of the conversation regarding your repro rights. This sounds like a very defensive group, but I completely understand that given the hatred some radical feminists group feel. I would argue that there are certain sects of feminism that agree and even support men's rights and your stated objectives. Just as you all can't be lumped into one group, neith… | /r/MensRights | 05/06/12 12:28 AM |
