The biggest thing for me is getting over being judgmental and being less self conscious. I know it's terrible but if I'm talking with a bigger/homey girl or someone of a typically "lower status" like a janitor, I start to feel like people are judging me for it. Again, I know this pretty much makes me a terrible person, and I'm trying to fight it, but it's the main reason I haven't been able to follow the "talk to everyone" advice.

Well to be honest I'm still a rookie when it comes to the 'game', I've read up plenty, and I'm now just trying to get used to talking to people that I don't know more. I purposely took the job to sort of force myself in the situation, as I usually do better under pressure. Thanks. It's not really an issue with African-american women. Remember how I said I've had girls that are into me but I haven't been attracted back? Those were all black girls. It's not that I don't find black women attractive, it just so happens (unluckily) that the ones I am into don't reciprocate as easily, which made me decided to expand my view into other races in the first place, which is a good thing anyways.
