People claiming sexism doesn't exist at the workplace and is a thing of the past, meanwhile my wife is starting a different job because she is tired of people making bets as to if they can fuck her (in the middle of the office,) demanding her to make coffee and cook them breakfast. I believe that service members have, historically, been drafted into non-combat jobs in the past. Don't quote me on that. Having a large field of candidates allows you the chance to find the most amount of people for appropriate jobs. Drafts, or conscription, is actually really terrible for the military on many levels, women would be just one of many problems.

As someone who had to explain to his first Sargent why I couldn't run my PT test because my now ex wife hit me with a CAR I think I understand how understanding the military is towards abused males. I also know how quick charges can go away, and if it were me I'd want as many of them on her as possible.

Don't get me started on this shot. When it first came out I was refused it saying I was a male and I did not need to be vaccinated for hpv. I explained that I was sexually active with multiple partners and that I could easily spread it from one person to the next. Still, nothing. After a while, it was released for males. I, again trying to do what's right, asked for the shot. Again I was told no, as I was too old. I've given up since then.

As for labels in the forum, I tend to not agree with all the chest pounding and sabre rattling by MRA'S. I don't feel we will achieve gender equality by fighting over which gender has more issues, but rather through a systematic elimination of problems through mutual respect.

Fine. Defamation of character. A termination implies that an employee is doing something wrong and if he was terminated for doing nothing wrong they are defaming his character and causing harm against him by hurting his character. This harm leads to him not finding gainful employment.

Given that we live in a capital punishment state, the simple fact they are not going for the death penalty is a slap in the face to me. This guy genuinely was a great person.
