Who chose the salary position though? They did. They wouldn't be doing those ugly jobs with horrendous overtime right? So then why shall they make more than the guy beating his ass working day and night? Feminists are not about being equal anymore. I'll give you an example. My wife makes 1 1/2 times more than me at her base salaried rate. Yet I still make 70% of the household income. How is that? She gets to work 7-8 hours a day inside, gets great benefits, generous PTO, and can leave work early…

Honestly it should just be restroom and children/family restroom. Fuck this gender shit. Everyone needs to use the shitter.

This response right here is why he wants a paternity test. You could've just said I'm bi, end of story. You said you talk to both men and women. So like you talked to them when with your husband it seems like. With how things are nowadays paternity tests should be mandatory. Laws are incredibly unjust towards men. It's not fair that just because you signed and were there at the hospital you're stuck with child support when you were being deceived and lied to.

This right here is why I love my wife. She understands this. I don't cook 99% of the time and occasionally we do have the discussion but then something happens and she sees me working nonstop until the issue is fixed. It's teamwork!

Cool, just keep talking baseless nonsense. I'm all for women's rights and actively put my votes to women's issues. The child support system is one that isn't right the way it is. I don't support it and many others don't either. Including women. If you want to live under a rock go ahead. The system right now is 100% favored towards women. Even if a man does the right things he is still punished. So many lives have been ruined with this system. Stops many from personal growth. Your argument just t…

Omg I called Women, female and Men, males. Seriously? It pertains to the matter of making the distinction. You'd be surprised many women don't actually agree with what you're saying. They don't speak out because of feminists retaliating. It's the same thing as the shitty Trump crew making noise but not being the actual majority.

Vasectomies aren't always successful to reverse. Secondly they are expensive procedures not covered by many insurances. Third they put you out of work for a recovery period. Lastly your end all be all response of you shouldn't sleep with her if you don't want to coparent is plain stupid. What age do you live in? Let me guess you'll wait and find out if you're sexually compatible with her until after marriage? Unreasonable and a reason why many divorces happen.

Women can also use birth control which by the way have plenty more options. Either way doesn't stop the Male or female from lying about the birth control method. The male could lie about having had a vasectomy just as many females lie about being on birth control. The difference? Women have a way out. Men don't. See the difference? Equality is a joke when screamed out by feminists. They don't want Equality they want inequality in their favor.

That's what i said. Theres one guy, I told them you were probably gay before. He said it never crossed his mind before. Idk, to each their own.
/r/MensRights07/08/22 10:12 PM

Yeah definitely. I know several older men in the film industry who divorced and turned gay after having an experience. They say it's just too problematic to be dealing with women. Say they've never been happier. A quote from one of these men that they once told me, "Men know what men want. Women don't care about what you want or need. It's all about them." Sometimes that's the unfortunate truth. But for me I just don't agree of switching to being gay for convenience or happiness as they say. The…

Wtf, this is getting out of hand. Handmaids tale anyone? No DNA test in the womb no CS. Fuck them, if it puts them at risk you dont need a DNA test but still get CS. Fucking aye.

Crazy experience with a ex fwb and being forced into having a child that they knew from before I was not ready for. Nor I ever wanted one. Provided several options but of course I cannot decide for her and am forced now to pay cs. Won't let me sign off rights but also won't let me see them under threats of paying more and ruining my life financially because a deal was reached during mediation. As usual the system does not really give fair rights to men. Only way is to get a lawyer which I cannot…

It benefits one sex because only they can conceive. They pay it because it's in the company's interest to keep the woman working and not out on leave for a prolonged period of time. When a woman is pregnant they lose an employee, temporarily, then need to hire after birth and it's expenses the company gets to pay. Not only that but they need someone to pickup the work that is no longer being done and or hire a temporary employee. CAPITALISM.

You just said the fetus lives off its host. So how could the fetus survive withoutvits host? It cannot. Either way I won't change your mind and you won't change mine. But facts are facts. A fetus during the abortion stage cannot survive on its own.

It cannot survive without the mother. Simple. The parasite cannot live outside. Not even with medical help. How is it that hard to understand.

Do you know how the US government works? It's not that easy. Unfortunately nutjobs are in position of power.

Terrorism is the countless nutjobs that have gotten weapons and killed so many in shootings. Thank Republicans for that.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 10:41 PM

A fetus is not distinct from the mother. There is no way or form for it to survive without being carried by the mother. It won't survive not even hooked up to machines. Premature babies are human. They could survive and breath on their own. And when Premature they are incubated and do survive. At early stages that isn't possible.

Definitely makes sense. I agree with your statement about Dems not caring. I do however think that too many downsides come with Republicans to vote them in. It's a tough decision to make. And though I am personally affected by this greatly, I don't agree with the majority of things many Republicans push. Therefore the odds in my perspective are against me voting them in. I end up voting for the majority of good in my eyes and this one thing I care about ends up taking a backseat. So for now I wi…

That's what I had understood so my bad for that. That's why I'm here. Men don't have that right and can be taken advantage of by women like this.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 09:09 PM

Yes I am. Tbh I don't know. That's something that legitimately needs to be discussed. Currently law makers are all about the CS system. There needs to be a fair middle ground. There's many women that are unhappy with the feminist movement that are open to this. Maybe that's where this should start.

I agree with that. What I don't agree is forcing the woman to keep the pregnancy to term if she doesn't want to.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 09:04 PM

If you're pro life then you would agree that more people don't need ti be brought into the world without taking care of the current ones without homes.

I disagree but to each their own. In my perspective it's developing into a human. Not yet it's own being, being able to survive on its own. Therefore in that pov it's dependent on the carriers body.

I agree with the analogy of CS being slave labor. I don't think that's okay but pro life is more enabling of CS system and Welfare programs.
/r/MensRights24/06/22 08:58 PM

Forcing pregnancies are no fun for either men nor women. Mens rights is about fairness. Fairness of not being forced to join the CS system when pregnancy was not on the road map. Male reproductive rights is a dumb idea. You are basically saying you want slave labor. Forcing a woman to keep a pregnancy to term means loss of income, loss of work force, sometimes loss of health or life. To do that with the woman's consent you would be liable for her quality of life expenses continuing during and im…

Yeah true, it's not outright illegal but the restrictions some states will enact or already have in preparation for this make it extremely difficult. Not to mention psychologically harming as well. It's unfortunate that many in this sub go to extremes. That's not advocating for fairness in men's rights. That doing the most just like the feminists they condemn.

I'm not saying pro choice is perfect. Obviously the policy could be improved, but the current decision of making abortion illegal is going backwards not forward. Ideally both men and women should have equal rights. If the woman wants baby and man doesn't, man shouldn't be liable for CS. Just like if woman doesn't want baby and man does, then man should be able to keep without woman being liable for CS. This step backwards is bad for both.

Same with Female babies. It would be one thing to say Male babies are exclusively being aborted but that isn't the case. Also they aren't babies if they haven't left the womb. They're fetuses. This ruling will only make men worse off. More child support, worse economic security for men, more women depending on men and public welfare. This would make both men and women who are raped suffer by forcing them to keep pregnancies to completion and forcing them into the child support system. Will also …

This is exactly what I believe in. Some in this sub take it to another level but for me this is it. Physically men have some advantages as so do women. Therefore certain tasks or careers give the upper hand to one another. I believe in the fair rating based on productivity. No matter the gender. Just like women have the option of not being forced to keep a pregnancy to term when a man wants to have the child, I also feel men should have the option to not be forced into supporting a woman and chi…

Yeah but if you know the area that's the sensory part (before the head) is still covered by the skin. The head does not give pleasure like the majority think. It's the area below it.

/r/MensRights17/03/22 09:56 PM

I honestly can't speak about that but I'm sure with a lawyer if you can afford, you could actually make a great point about the pay scale and choosing to work less.
/r/MensRights17/03/22 07:38 PM

No lawyer because can't afford one like the majority of people in the world. You speak as a third person's perspective. Does your current husband think it's fair? Previous? Doubt it. In the many years I've tried to get this reduced I've never had success. On the contrary it's always something new to tack on and increase it. Needless to say I stopped trying. I'm not spending 10k with a 5k retainer for a lawyer I can't afford that will bring me some results but not enough to where I can have a lif…

There's always gender based differences. Judges lean heavily to the woman's side. Remember a woman does not make as much as a man does in today's society. I'll give you an example. You both have shared custody. 50/50. You work full time and she works part time. The claim would be that you work full time and therefore have a higher earning potential than she does. Even if she chose to work part time and you were making about the same. Therfore you would be seen as still having to pay child suppor…

It doesn't matter to the court. I'll set another example. Something similar as to what happened to me. Let's say your hourly rate is large. Your job is seasonal. Your hourly rate if you work 40hrs 52 weeks, covers the 100k. But like I said your job is seasonal. You in reality only make 50 to 60k a year. You can show your earnings for the past years to verify your yearly earnings. That means you should pay less. That doesn't happen in the current system we have. What does happen is that your earn…
/r/MensRights17/03/22 07:23 PM

That's laughable. It is how it works. It might not say it but at the end of the day that's how it works. Personal experience is the best way to know. Not all jobs are a constant. You could have a high hourly rate while making less per year than if that job was constant 40hrs per week. Child support is based on hourly rate 40hrs per week, 52 weeks a year. If your job is seasonal, work goes up and down they don't care. The 40hr rule still applies because they use the higher probability of earnings…

Well I don't know about divorce or spousal support but I do know that as far as child support goes, it's actual earnings for women and potential earnings for men.

This is the realest fact of 2021. The system is horrendous. If we really think about it, all the laws, the new one in Utah etc. Its the Blue tax. Women are getting alot of benefits and the men are getting stuck with the bills at a premium. The system is made for profit not well being of the children.

This is ridiculous. The older clearly needs to be charged as adult. Clearly had influence on the younger one. Anyone with a brain should know that.
