| 5 | Weekend check-inThis week was trying. I haven't had more than four hours of sleep a night in a whole month. I haven't had more than one day off a week in four months. I work two jobs, and take care of my parents in the mean time. I am constantly exhausted but have to put on a fake face when all I want to do is cry and sleep. I used to drink to avoid the guilt but it got out of hand, and it's been 18 months since I had more than one beer.
