In my original post, I note the rise of far-right parties in Europe. Many of those parties are more explicitly anti-capitalist than FDR was. Even in the US, Trump used rhetoric critical of capitalism in order to win and polls show that Republicans have lost faith in laissez faire economics that center free markets.
