i guess id say men are oppressed, and there are lots of double standards. Saying things like “kill all men” or laughing at male suicide etc is a good place to start. Being open to a discussion , not assuming everything is about power etc… good on you for coming and having the discussion and welcome😀

I know your not shaming Australasia, never got that impression. I 100 percent agree with you about open discussions. I think it sucks. I also am not sure about the politicians in Europe and how tough they are on illegal immigration. I’m Australia they are very tough and take a no nonsense approach. This includes New Zealanders who are deported back https://i.stuff.co.nz/national/crime/300444142/flight-carrying-501-deportees-from-australia-lands-in-auckland-after-long-hiatus

We see in the news Lampedusa and Ceuta etc and I really don’t know how you guys manage that. Is it economic migrants? Refugees? Why majority all men? I live in an island dude and no idea how to navigate this or where to begin.

The mosque shooter? He’s Australian. He came here in 2017 knowing he could do it here due to our security or lax security. We can move between countries here in nz and Australia like the EU. We have 500000 New Zealanders living in Australia and 50000 Aussie’s in nz(yes it’s a one way street, we go there for money they come here more for marrying a kiwi etc) we’re basically one country in fact in 1901 we opted to not join Australia as a federation, so basically what I’m saying is we’re very close…

This is a mental health issue, alcohol abuse. She turned herself in. Glad justice was done, but sad imo that male or female gets to this point.

That’s such a lovely gift. That’s what Christmas is about.
/r/MensRights25/12/21 07:20 AM

That wouldn’t fly in New Zealand where I live. You have examples of this case of needing spousal consent Eg media. I’m genuinely surprised about this and actually shocked. Ps it is now 0555 here in New Zealand, summer and Christmas Day, Merry Christmas! 😀

I think a woman should be able to be sterilised if she wants without permission from anyone. I’m actually shocked by your comment in the sense that she can’t chose . In my country she can. Can you let me know where this law is? Is it in the USA? Is it UK? Australia? Fiji?

I thought it was because of the market, ie sponsorship , and sponsorship was based on viewers , and the viewers being the market , what do the viewers want?

It’s great and you need to do what works for you and what you think is right. To be contrary or devils advocate, If she assaults u in a domestic argument first but complains to police that you assaulted her? If she stays at home and you work and she doesn’t contribute (ie not looking after kids etc) is that fair? Where is your weakness or emasculation then ? I know we’re talking about a gift, but I’m making a jump to equality. I see where you are coming from though, but these guys are saying why…

I kind of feel for the women here. They were at a festival with a lack of facilities. It kind of seems unfair imo. Where were they suppose to go?

Yep, but you can understand how you comment could be interpreted? It’s great you’re here, but let’s not assume, it might pay to not start of like that? Seeing as you started the post?

But as an aside saying”all the dumb takes” in here but “please don’t disregard me for being a feminist”. It kind of doesn’t sound like being open to a dialogue. It’s saying I was expecting it to be dumb here, but then that your view should not be disregarded. It’s great you are here btw.

Agree common ground but being against feminism doesn’t mean anti human rights be it for males or females. I think feminism is great, but it ain’t perfect. It doesn’t hold the copyright.

Absolutely, both genders can be oppressed, oppressed by both males and females.

…. Because you’re saying the laws in California which are different to the laws in the article. In California you can do exactly as you say, in the article for one day you can lose your job if you’re not sick. It’s not a dig at you , it’s just trying to understand where you’re coming from. You said it’s one day you do what you want it’s not a big deal. That’s because of your laws. I’m saying to others it can be. Because of the different laws.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/07/21 07:52 AM
1

In your country. In mine you have to say your sick. If you are found using this for non sick purposes u get in trouble. Maybe in California you can but in NZ Australia and UK you can’t. Not entitled to sick days unless your sick. Plus if youre gone your employer after a certain time can ask for a medical certificate. Simple as that.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/07/21 07:42 AM

Where I’m from they can ask for a medical certificate.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/07/21 07:36 AM
1

So you go to work and spread it to everyone else because you used sick time to holiday?
/r/PussyPassDenied10/07/21 07:34 AM
1

So in your country you’re not given “sick leave”. That might be where people are confused. In mine you get annual leave / holiday paid for to do what you want and sick days for when you are sick. If you use a sick day as a holiday you can get fired. You need to clarify what your system is. It sounds like you don’t have sick leave in your country.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/07/21 07:33 AM
3

Doesn’t sound right. Someone is paying you for being sick. If you’re not sick you don’t need the time off. You’re not entitled to it unless you’re sick. Plus if you go into work sick because you used your sick days you give the virus to everyone else. That’s not fair. It’s an honesty system. In my country an employer can ask for a medical certificate after a certain amount of time.

I don’t get this I don’t think this was intentional and it seemed like an accident. Not sure why anyone would sue her for that?

Agreed, but her reactions abs behaviour make me wonder if she is all “there”. It’s odd behaviour to do to random people, in a foreign country etc

That’s so sad. That poor daughter.

This seems like an over reaction. She kicked a cart and didn’t deserve that , I’m not saying she was perfect but she kicked the cart out of the way, yes she was annoyed and aggro

Agreed that’s so sad , he had no right to attack and murder her and she shouldn’t have raped a child/ teenager Imagine if this was a guy and a woman did this.

Absolutely no need for that.this does not belong here.

I don’t see this. We have no context and the guys could have been inappropriate which is why she threw something( not that that’s ok but the guys could have threatened violence) .

You don’t know him. That’s the problem . You are being judgemental. How would it be with “ women like you” and do you get more than 3 dates? Try and have a discussion instead of getting personal.

Regardless everyone trans, male, female, black, purple deserve human rights. Substitute this guys sisters statement s for men and then read it. It’s sad.

That is so sad. It is openly sexist. People are so brainwashed they honestly think men , don’t need human rights.

Pay the child support. That’s what a man does. Keep everything in writing ie via email and Facebook messages etc. ensure you visit your child or even bring it up and have her pay the support?

If your girlfriend thinks this is appropriate , is she someone you need to be with? It may seem minor but this level of hypocrisy? Is there going to be equality in your relationship? It’s a simple concept, how would it be if it was female tears? Her not seeing this concerns me.

You need to provide evidence of women receiving less time for the same crime as men. In addition not sure what the essay was about so not sure why the wage gap was mentioned but there are plenty of economists who say the wage gap is a myth , plus it’s illegal to pay woman less for the same work - so for the same work at 79c ? Why? Are they working less hours? Watch this video. But you need data not words. You need facts as does your teacher, you can’t say women make 79c without the data and look…

Sorry bout that dam auto text and me not checking. Thought Facebook came out in 2006 to 2007 and article may be from that era? I could be wrong. Regardless still misleading title. Why can’t it read men working longer hours in paid employment.

I’m conservative more to the right. You being left or right doesn’t matter, freedom of speech is all that matters 😀

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
