If you are found using this for non sick purposes u get in trouble. Maybe in California you can but in NZ Australia and UK you can’t. Not entitled to sick days unless your sick. In mine you get annual leave / holiday paid for to do what you want and sick days for when you are sick. If you use a sick day as a holiday you can get fired. You need to clarify what your system is. If you’re not sick you don’t need the time off. You’re not entitled to it unless you’re sick. Plus if you go into work sick because you used your sick days you give the virus to everyone else.
