The chair would lead me to believe that it's not only a changing room, but also a nursing room, perhaps a reason for the curtain (and the reason that it says "mommy", in order to keep guys away in case the curtain is closed. But then, if there is no changing table in the men's room, that's royally fucked. Personally I would have just used it (you did, right?) and if someone raised a stink, you have perfect recourse.... Indeed... We can be sensitive, and aware of occasions when men are victimized, because it DOES happen. But this? I've never heard of anything close to this. Hyperbole does not help us, period.
