Effective exercise always looks like effective exercise. We can all see effort or lack of it. I think a lot of women in PPD like it here because the incels make them sound so powerful but this is not real life. You have to try.

It's really women that celebrate and obsess over thinness. Most men aren't attracted to women who are so underweight that they stop having periods, like the typical fashion model. Thick is in right now. Guys want women with at least some T&A who doesn't have much stomach fat. And true we don't have the same visceral reaction to someone with a history of heart disease that we do to overweight people, but we have similar reactions to people with other physical markers of poor health. I go through cycles in my LTR where I "forget" whats always worked and slide back to how I'd prefer things to be, and it always kind of amazes me how effective it is to be cold and indifferent.
