Most men aren't attracted to women who are so underweight that they stop having periods, like the typical fashion model. Thick is in right now. Guys want women with at least some T&A who doesn't have much stomach fat. And true we don't have the same visceral reaction to someone with a history of heart disease that we do to overweight people, but we have similar reactions to people with other physical markers of poor health.
