Those two statements are not remotely the same thing and you know it. One is something a woman says to a man they're NOT interested in to prevent his advancement. (However awkwardly and self serving it might have been said ) The other is something a woman says to a man they ARE interested in. Just not enough for butt stuff. You can argue this point. Most people want to see naked girls have sex. It's the porn companies that come up with the "step bro" scenarios and worse. While some people are into those videos because of the scenerio, the vast majority are just watching them because their favorite pornstar(s) are participating in the video. Make 100 vids with the same girl, and those fans will watch. It's the porn companies that push the weirder stuff like that from the top down. Not bottom up (haha.)
