I haven't heard of anyone getting in legal trouble for preforming circumcisions yet in the UK. So I'm going to assume that part is unenforced. Only time I've heard it being an issue is when one of the parents didn't consent to it, which is not exactly on the grounds of being assault.

BF1 barely felt historical for a WW1 game. It felt more like the Vietnam war with a WW1 skin when it came to the weaponry. There is no Icelandic law against circumcision at all at the moment, so of course there is no religious exemption, but most countries where it is banned do have a religious exemption of some kind. Iceland only has a law against FGM. The current bill all the drama about would change that existing law from "girl" to "child". Nice of Germany to take a step back like that on equality.

I keep seeing this "suppression of Religious Freedom" thing being brought up about this. But what about the Religious Freedom of the kid? What if young Billy doesn't want to be Jewish or Muslim? He'd technically be forced into a religion. If that was given salt the US could put it self under economic sanction.

At the moment Iceland has no oil. The two biggest industries in Iceland are Tourism and Fish. There is technically oil in Icelandic territory, up north above the country in the sea. But its only being harvested by Norway. Discussion about that is a completely different topic though.

They go a lot on how "Toxic Masculinity" is what's treating men badly, or the "evil patriarchy". If you suggest that female groups or women are also putting men down, or that the "evil patriarchy" is composed of gynocentric men who overwhelmingly treat women better than men, its off to the ban pool.
