| 2 | Waves of sadness9 months from a 13 year relationship/marriage. I’m 30 and it feels like the world has crashed around me multiple times during this all. I have my moments but at the same times I find moments where I have panic attacks and waves of sadness. Especially when I hang around people who are in relationships, I just don’t know how to be single. It’s never been a thing for me. So I’m working on that at the same time. | 11 | It’s done.Just my advice but it would be wise to heal alone for a while. You don’t want to bleed on someone that didn’t cut you. Don’t hop into another relationship right away as it may lead to more harm than good. You will know when you’re ready again. Now saying that someone may come along that just kickstarts that for you.
