If thats really the case, you already know the advantages. Why are you arguing?

The point is you'll have assets. You're obviously too young to realize long term benefits on this one. No offense. You realize renting you're just pissing money down the toilet right? Over time you'll own that mercedes, own that condo, and have the disposable income to do whatever. the. fuck. you. want.

I usually pick stuff I also do alone on a regular basis, shooting range, rock climbing(indoor is preferable), sports event with killer seats(Dont pay much obviously, having a hookup is key to that one), anything where you can express creativity or a unique skillset, etc. is a good start. You can always reuse them too obviously plate by plate, reuse what works and drop what doesnt.

Short term, absolutely. Long term youre gonna wanna own. Acquiring assets will pay off exponentially in the long run(sex included). So many people I know(myself included) are kicking themselves now cause they couldnt wait a couple years to pull the trigger. Sacrifices are important imo, more important than getting laid for sure. Its a short term sacrifice for very important long term payouts.

Having your own place isnt as important as owning your own place. Moving out early is detrimental if you waste a significant amount of time renting which is basically throwing money out the window.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
