28	Girls outperform boys at school. Manchester Business School's response? Take part in a programme called 'Inspiring Girls' providing 100 girls across the city with a unique insight into business and higher education. Why? Because privilege? Or just because boys are a waste of space (/S)? What? Not true at all. My workplace is 61% female, management is about 42℅. There are a plethora of women only events to promote inclusion. Meanwhile there are very few Asian, Hispanic, or black men despite plenty of black and Hispanic women (not a lot of Asians in the area). The only obstacle women face is the biological compulsion to have children which I understand completely.
