43	Stop talking and go lift. I disagree with you, man. Last year I got out of a blue pill relationship and had awful self esteem and 0 fitness. I started checking out these posts and they honestly motivated me. I'm lifting 6 times a week now and currently have 2 plates spinning. If it wasn't for posts like these, I don't know where I'd be.
