1	Feminism killed chivalry if thats what you think a decent human being would do (perform unasked favors only if they will receive thanks) then sure, you do that, but most people would find it pathetic that you hold the door expecting anything because it's a door. If you don't like holding the door, then do the 'pass the baton' hold where you just tap it as your letting go so that they have to catch it. It's a door, it isn't extra effort.
