Regarding the acne thing, if you’re lucky it’s just diet. Hormonal acne is common at this time though also. If you have serious acne, see a dermatologist ASAP. Don’t be afraid of accutane.

If you're feeling emotionally distressed, get counselling/therapy asap. You do NOT want to go on a downward spiral like what can happen after a break up.
