I’ll defend you on calling them bottom of the barrel lol. They find women who openly talk about cheating on partners and manipulating men. If there was a gender swapped version of the podcasts where women hosts get a bunch of men who are abusive, manipulative and unfaithful I’d say the same thing. By presenting these women as the norm the show creates this fake world where you need their content in order to understand women.

My best advice to you would be go cold Turkey from any rp/incel content and try to talk to people irl. The more you have real conversations with women the more you realize that they aren’t as different from men as you think. They’re just people, some are annoying but some are really cool and being friends with them can enhance your life.

Attention isn’t bad, you need some level of attention to form connections with people. Idk if your exaggerating or not, but it sounds like you gone pretty far down the redpill rabbit hole. What kind of stuff have you been watching/reading that is making you believe this?

I think the best thing to de radicalize anyone is to ask them questions. Don’t try to debate them, they’ll just shut down. Ask them why they believe what they believe. In the end it’s up to them if they want to leave their ideology, but you can at least offer them a chance to reflect on their beliefs.

It’s setting an unrealistic standard so when their advice fails you blame yourself. Lots and lots of middle class people have successful relationships.

No, I’d start by talking with a therapist if you can.

I’d agree in a holistic sense but these guys go after very young women because they are emotionally immature and they don’t want someone who will be able to recognize it.

I think you already said the answer. Confidence comes from experience. Find new hobbies. It will suck being at the bottom of the totem pole for a while but overtime you’ll build up. Video games might be a hobby your passionate about, but try to expand to some more social hobbies. Again it might be uncomfortable at first but there’s no way around it.

I think there’s a kernel of truth to it, atleast in the inverse. I don’t know if it’s so much being attracted to someone that’s willing to walk way as not being attracted to someone who’s clingy. That generally goes for both genders. Women tend to want men who can function independently of them. People get into relationships for mutual gain, and if one person needs the other then it gets one sided. If I guy isn’t willing to walk away from a relationship, I think that’s a red flag that he might h…

Ya I don’t really get this fad where “intellectuals” have to be masters of all knowledge lol. Jordan Peterson probably knows what he’s talking about when it comes to psychology but he’s become this weird prophet like figure to people. The point of my comment was that I don’t think he’s really the demon or messiah that people paint him as. If his stuff has helped you then good, you should move on and look for better sources. If you haven’t gotten into him you should just skip him all together.

Neat packages usually are.

I might get downvoted but I don’t think he’s that bad. He’s really become a political symbol (mostly by his own doing), and he’s been turned into a boogeyman. Jordan Peterson is just a synthesizer. He takes ideas from different philosophies and disciplines and gives them to you in a neat package. I think a lot of what he says is valuable. However, I don’t think that you need him for any of his ideas and that you are better off circumventing him. He’s become a little culty, and a lot of his follo…

There’s no way to guess the trajectory of your life when you’re 17.

Totally agree. Most women aren’t accountants. The amount isn’t as important as your attitude. I think money is more about overcoming a threshold. If your girlfriend is a lawyer and you’re a waiter it’s not going to last long.

Ya man, it’s glad that you’ve realized this. Growing up in the digital age has positives and negatives. There are ideas and ways of communicating online that are adjacent to real life but not helpful.

My best advice is be less online. Get out in the world, talk to people and do the stuff you want to do. A lot of these ideologies exist in a bubble.

I’m just joking, the idea that you can sort men into these neat little rungs on the social ladder is ridiculous.

I think the sigma-zeta continuum is more valid.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
