Hit each muscle group with 16-30 sets per week, progressive overload, (intensity, volume, weight) enough sleep, and you will grow. For a natty newbie, you can expect around 1kg per muscle mass per month, but YMMV. You can also expect some fat as well, depending on your caloric surplus. But you can always cut later.
