Just because you have a uniform doesn't mean you are on duty or cops would wear it 24/7 and get paid what they should be to begin with. And it's a rights issue because why would she smack the officer to begin with? I don't post videos of women acting up.. You can believe what you want but I feel this was a prime example. Charging just him sets anther precedent saying that if both a women and a man are both willing percipients' in something and it's illegal than the man should be punished and the women should have a lesser penalty or not be charged at all.
