$100 a week, give or take. I get grass fed whey protein for 90 bucks a pop once a month or so and BCAA's for 40. Food around 200-250 all organic a month. I eat about 2500- 3500 cal a day depending on how I feel but will be cutting back to 2000 pretty soon to really shred. So, I think I will be down to about $60 a week at that point.

Ahh my BCAA's don't have any calories in them so I hope it doesn't stop my fast lol. I eat like 450-500 grams of fruit everyday. It comes to about 260-300 grams of carbs with the bread and potato too. I take it well I guess. This is the 1st time in the last 10 years I have eaten this way. I chalk this all up to the intermittent fasting though. I fast for around 20 hrs a day. Coffee in the AM and a plain water/sparkling water and BCAA's mix for a no cal drink through out the day. Then coffee again around 4:30, then protein shake at 6 and I go lift. Protein again at 830ish after the gym and then I will kill like another 2500 calories at home till about 11 and crash.
