CBT is a psychological intervention. I often see a lot of MGTOW’s bashing psychology. It has been quite helpful and I use it in my work often. I also incorporate ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which is kind of like a 3rd wave of CBT

It honestly makes me cringe so hard. But I always relieve myself by looking at my bank account knowing it’s not my money. Honestly even the dating game is not worth it purely for the money that your expected to dole out. Even prostitutes do nothing for me as again... the money just doesn’t justify the means to the end for me.

I’ve never built a PC before. Is it relatively easy? Are there starter packs and stuff? I love playing horror games but my laptop isn’t that powerful so graphics are always low. Any advice on the type of specs I’d need? I know that this question can kinda be ‘how long is a piece of string’. How much money should I look to spend? I can drop $2000/$3000 . Would that get me a solid PC?

Could be a dip in mood. Routine is super important for our mental health. Regular exercise, getting out for a walk where possible is good. If your mood is being pervasively low definitely talk to your GP Source- mental health key worker. I’m seeing a lot of this in lockdown with a lot of my young guys I work with
