Huh I never thought of eye contact this way, I was raised around Sign Language and that requires constant eye contact. So even when I'm speaking vocally to others, I keep eye contact almost at all times. I never knew that the other side could feel this way, I've certainly never been told I keep too much eye contact unless its at a stranger (in which case that makes sense)

the price for being out of tune with reality and not having the courage to genuinely question your own worth. To be fair, many humans have a hard time questioning their own worth until someone gets a smack in the face and have it said to them. Big difference in worth is the double standard, its fine to call a man a fat ass but you tell a woman she is overweight and its public shaming time. So it stands to 'reason' that alot of people will tell the guy he is lucky to have the girl, but rarely the…

You have such a way with words, I love it. its like me giving you oranges for your apples, but now you claim you want two oranges for everyone of my apples, and me not agreeing and so you throw a hissy fit because you think I have some kind of obligation to trade with you and must accept the deal because you want oranges and the word needs to trade. -I have been looking into this kind of thing and you are right on the dot, its funny how people would make jokes on how the woman wears the pants in…

Definitely one of the few articles to get me riled up. I can appreciate they are seeing a difference in the changes of who has the power in marriages/relationships and I like seeing opinions in that. Now having said that, wow the author is really hating how men don't feel obligated to marry the first woman he falls in love with and that many of us don't just put our heads down and be submissive to marriage. -Warhame4life, I read most of your comments and I have to say I agree with most of them, …

ooh i like that phrase, i'll definitely have to use that someday just to resolve an argument. This is what men and woman can achieve.

Holy shit is U/chocoboat just not paying full attention? Or do they have blind optimism that what we're saying is BS and what the writer says is genuine maturity? Anyways, i am amazed at how Isabel puts out that by her age and the time she decides to change from jerks to nice guys, that the nice guys will still be available at her beck and call

Thats what i thought too, but i've had a deep talk with them and they always say the same thing "i couldn't date you but having sex is fine" makes me worried if im horrible with the dating scene hahaha

I am 23 and a virgin, i had talks with some female friends who told me they'd be willing to take my v-card. I have some issues to settle before i decide to go for it, but it did help me worry less about proving myself. If possible for you, see if your friends (that you want to have sex with and not regret it) would be willing. Because they are your friends, they can be helpful towards your anxiety and calming your fears of being inexperienced. There is a.... less nicer way, you find a girl you w…

Peer pressure is really a good way to get out of your comfort zone. Yep pretty much agree with you on that, its how i tend to get my friends to get out of their shells. Of course i always bring another guy/girl friend who can help me coerce them with possible embarrassing 'accident' if they don't at least try. But you essentially did it by yourself too, nothing less than brave courage from you

Makes sense, the people i've met with stutters who said the same thing, both male and female. From my experiences with people who stutter, you will either lessen it or get rid of it eventually.... the when is up to you. Forgive me for being vague but i don't want to give advice if i've never gone through that problem, but i can tell you how my friends got rid of it.

Ever feel like instead of butterflies in your stomach, its more like lions gnawing at you? Is that part of why you suck in your stomach? As for your stutter, there is alot of people who adore that kind of thing because its cute. Of course there will be people who make fun of that, but thats because they know that they have speech issues and rather make fun of others than to improve themselves.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
