I agree man sometimes all I see on here is doom and gloom ‘wE mEn aRe aLoNe wE oNlY hAvE OuRsElVeS’. My grandfather died of cancer and on his deathbed he was far from alone, he had his wife by his side throughout all of it, he had his six kids visiting him everyday and 10+ grandkids visiting him often. Yeah yeah we get it she can’t love you the way you want to be loved and what not, men and women don’t love the same way. Ultimately you pass onto the next realm alone, but who doesn’t? This idea O…

Modern Man In Search of a Soul by Carl Jung is a good book on the topic, either that or The Archetypes of the Collective Unconscious

I’ve seen a lot of posts with this general sentiment, seems like this sub really hates tattoos. I’m curious as to whether this extends to men with tattoos.

Lovely poem, I just wanted to share this too: Out of the night that covers me, Black as the pit from pole to pole, I thank whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul. In the fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud Under the bludgeonings of chance My head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears Looms but the Horror of the shade, And yet the menace of the years Finds and shall find me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with puni…

Very good point that you brought up the Big Five Aspect Scale. I’m not sure how firm the data in question is but how much of personality is heritable? We might be digressing here, but, I think it’s worth mentioning that clearly a chunk of your personality and where you sit on the personality aspect scale (i.e agreeableness, extraversion, and neuroticism) is heritable and, thus, partly determined at birth (feel free to correct me if this is wrong). So, is a person who is high in agreeableness det…

Oh mate shut the fuuuuck up lmao, sick of cunts like you on this sub. I don’t give a fuck what you think, I go to the gym 6 days a week and have been consistently for the past 5 years, probably longer than you have, so be quiet will ya. That physique is completely unnatural and only achievable through ungodly amounts of PEDs (and hard work, no doubt) and no woman finds it attractive, that’s all I’m saying.

mate this is so true. I've been lifting at least 5 days a week, consistently, for the past 5 years now without so much as a week off. I just got back from a holiday where I just drank, ate like shit and didn't lift or do any cardio for a week and by the end of it, I was practically depressed. Literally forgot how good exercise is for both your body and your mind.

can we also agree that women generally don't find this kind of freak-beast physique attractive in the slightest

Ideas don’t have to be complicated to be useful. KISS: Keep It Simple Stupid. His advice is solid advice, that’s why ‘clean your room’ is good advice that need to be restated. If you start from the bottom and clean your room then from there up you start to clean up your life. Also, a lot of his ideas are synonymous with TRP philosophy, he explicitly mentions hypergamy in a number of his speeches. And really? You reckon people with low IQs that can’t read and follow basic instructions are watchin…

I know right, it’s all connected and intertwined. It seems like the decline in masculinity etc are all just symptoms of this even deeper sickness in the West.

I think this video is quite relevant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9ohrBhhN4k&t=475s The historian Anne Glyn-Jones who studies the rise and fall of civilisations across the ages describes ours as having "run its course, which is morally, aesthetically and spiritually bankrupt."

Alright Machiavelli, simmer down. Devote 90% of my time and energy to getting power? What sort of abstract concept of power are you even referring to? Power over other people? My friends, family, colleagues, general populace? You need to be more specific. This post seems fundamentally misguided. If you truly adhere to such views, that power is everything and should be the focal point of your existence, you are going to end up extremely misguided in life. What's your bottom line, to dominate …

Been on finasteride 6 months and have zero side effects. Side effects of finasteride only affect less than 2% of those who have taken it (and those who did have side effects saw them stop shortly after stopping taking the drug), do your research.
