1	Why NoFap is Full of White Knights and Manginas. It's not that bad in small amounts (although I think it may have bad effects in the long-run even still) but I've used it pretty heavily in the past and I realised it wasn't doing me any good. I had no idea it was bad when I was a teenager, porn was just something you watched.
