Right because you are literally providing a service for him. Its called him being thankful for what you provide. He is saying "you give me this so I will repay you by taking care of you" You aren't doing nothing. You are making his life easier. If you were not there, his life would be harder. You have worth. And thankfully, it sounds like he knows it.

Women are famously not seeking out men to care for them. Have you hear of the loneliness epidemic? Birthrate crisis? What are you talking about? Women are spat on for being mothers. So we don't do it. Its not that hard to understand. I don't ask men for handouts. I work for what I have.

What? What do you think you read? "A large body of literature in political science documents differences between elected men and women in their substantive policy preferences, representation styles, and effectiveness as legislators. We know far less about whether female and male representatives respond differently to being held politically accountable for their decisions. Although it is a difficult concept to evaluate empirically with incumbents, this absence of research is nevertheless surprisi…

I know? The point I was trying to make is that when you reduce humanity to such a petty dichotomy, you volunteer for being in the same caste as the women you despise

I hate this line of rhetoric. I'm obsessed with men. I have been since puberty. Its just not worth it considering how many of you despise us for being women

I'm not really arguing all that. Yes you are. When you stand up and shout something you and you alone are responsible for providing the proof that you deserve an audience. If that's the case, why would women be sexually active with anyone at all We aren't. Don't you realize the harm you people have done? The birthrate crisis is global

Social reputation isn’t as relevant to Gen Z as it was for Millennials Yes it is. With paralysis inducing fear, yes it is. As far as pregnancy goes, its punishable by social and financial death. Don't talk about sex from a woman's point of view. You have a global birthrate crisis on your hands.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 03:25 AM

Yes it is. Why in the world would you dismiss the social repercussions that sexually active women face in a political climate where high ranking officials are openly talking about how women shouldn't have the right to vote? you are all begging for sympathy in a world where people experience lives you haven't even bothered to consider

Can I tell you why women are picky? If you are a man who enjoys sex you are not going to get reamed socially regarding your reputation. She also builds the child using her body's resources. This is one of the wildest blind spots these guys tend to stick to. A woman provides resources via her blood to the entity in order for it to build its skin, hair, teeth, etc. Its not a process of storing the thing, its a process of sacrificing your body so it can use it to build its own body. Then the whole thing accumulates in a bloody finale where the woman needs to be in a medical center incase the process results in her bleeding out. And…

Women have to leave their position to give birth. You knew this right? Staying at home with the child costs women career opportunities. Every single expense that raising an entire human necessitates is viewed as the parents sole responsibility. Women get all the choices in reproduction so it's only fair they also get all the responsibility Ya, they do already though. Women alone are responsible for growing a child at risk to their own body, giving birth and caring for the child after birth at risk to their ability to earn wealth and participate in society. Healthy ass adults in their prime earning years? Who are inhibited from earning capital because of their caregiving roles. Lets be honest here. Women raising children are disenfranchised from earning. Why do people today think raising a kid is like caring for a house plant?

/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/25 04:07 PM

You've been denied a meaningful life. You have every want and need to challenge yourself but then you were locked into a system where you were denied that chance. How can we ever find meaning when we are never allowed to experience the world outside of our own heads?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/25 04:29 AM

You can't appreciate anyone else unless you are able to truly appreciate yourself. People recognize another person's inability to see worth in others. This mindset broadcasts itself to the world in subtle ways.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/25 04:20 AM

Very much so. As you sit in a climate controlled building, typing on a device that is the most innovative thing humanity has ever seen, educated enough to not only use a completely different writing style than we had even 50 years ago but to also comprehend the meaning of my words, you say that humans are worth nothing if they are not attractive. I don't even know if you would call it disagreeing at this point as much as genuine wonder at how anyone could think so little of people.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/25 04:06 AM

What you are doing gives you no ethical or logical ground to stand on. If you think its ok for you to do it, why should we take any of your criticisms seriously?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/25 01:53 AM

They effect how you publicly shame and discredit any woman who has found herself in a bad situation. They effect your ability to empathize and think critically. The federal government is who imposes child support. They do so because disenfranchising women from direct capital because of her choice to give birth or become a caregiver is completely unethical considering she is raising future American citizens who will contribute to our economy and workforce. Without child support, the penalties women face for becoming mothers is far too obvious as a form of oppression. So they make the common sense choice, if a man has impregnated a woman, he shares some r…

Women having children disenfranchises them from access to capital. We live in a system that views children as pets. That's our future generation we are talking about. Education is really a panacea and one we are in desperate need of right now I think. Just basic critical thinking and problem solving skills would change a lot. But that takes active investment and intervention. Even one genuinely caring adult in a kids life has been shown to be the most significant factor for mitigating the negative effects of childhood trauma. I think what we are poor in is society.

It occurred to me recently why I get so confused by this line of conversation. If a woman is so male-centered to the extent that she puts her social welfare, physical safety, and public standing at risk, my first thought is that her social support system has failed and intervention in a supportive way would help much more than just straight up shunning.

If a woman wants to have a child its her right. The qualifier to that is an equal choice regarding both parties. You operate under the assumption that access to abortion is not restricted. But even if there was an abortion clinic on every street corner in America, you would still not be able to dictate what another free individual does with their body. So how about women accept accountability. We do. Majorly. You really cannot tell me that you don't understand what you are saying. Yes but it needs to be that way both parties should be able to make a decision after the fact. The decisions they make are not the same considering women alone bear the responsibility of the process her body undertakes after a man has had his fun. If a man doesn't want to be there his choice is completely uninhibited. We aren't talking about a man's ability to disengage from actions that result in conception, we are talking about the phenomenon in which men think they should be free of responsibility when it comes to creating another person while anyone with the ability to think clearly can see that a woman faces more direct and severe consequences of any result of sex. This boils down to the argument that women and their reproductive abi…

I know what you are saying. We all know what you are saying. So we listened. We don't give birth since clearly its an affront to a man's way of life.

You did not, the job you got was due to DEI and ESG and a ton of funding direct to the company that picked you to push some papers. Incorrect. I am at where I am because of my masters degree and work ethic. I take my responsibilities seriously. And will continue to do so while you throw a fit over not having a say in what women do with their lives. You become what you commit yourself to.

why do you claim ownership of a man assets when you do not sacrificed your body to get it? This doesn't resonate with me personally. I have built my life on my own competence and I owe no man anything. Maybe you can provide examples? Pick a side and stick to it done

You don't get to dictate the decisions of other free individuals.

So why do you claim ownership of a man assets when you do not sacrificed your body to get it? This line of thinking is antiquated. You've all made it very clear that we should not rely on you for anything. Women do not create pillars of a succesful society, just look at what happens when a kid gets to be raised without a father: scum. If single mothers are scum and men shouldn't be burdened with the process of bringing life in this world, the answer is simple. We will not give birth. Enjoy retir…

Men don't pay for women's decisions. They benefit from what women provide for free.

if she wants to have the child she can. There is nothing to understand. This is the reality we live in. Women have children at their own risk for the advancement of our society while men cry about how they aren't appreciated enough for abandoning women in this process. We are clear here.

Its not sense you are making, its a pattern you are recognizing. Women risk everything to bring life into this world and men want to control this process while denying women's sacrifice. Men say all day that their physical abilities grant them the right to claim superiority. All while denying the contributions women give to society. Your pride clearly means enough to you that you would sacrifice our future to maintain it. The future comes, enjoy.

she wanted the child so had the child, he wanted no part, so will now go his own way. Yes. For the sin of creating future generations and building society, she will not only receive no thanks, she will be penalized heavily. Enjoy retirement

Since the man had equality concerning the decision to participate in actions necessary for conception, it would be completely unethical to assume he has rights regarding the process of gestation. The process of gestation relies on the woman's acceptance of the risk regarding that process. Men risk nothing when it comes to gestation. Women are solely responsible for providing the labor and physical contributions of that process. This is not a man's right. This is a woman's right and men do not ge…

Its so weird that they can't recognize the foundational inequality that allows them to so arrogantly assume ownership of a woman's ability to reproduce. All this talk about what men contribute to society and how their body's physical ability grants them the right to reign while they deny the rights we are owed because of our own body's ability to produce the foundational means on which any society needs to operate successfully.

Consent is assumed as default when it comes to women regarding pregnancy, as so for men. Its equal to assume both autonomous individuals had the opportunity to choose alternate paths regarding sexual conduct under a system that protects individual freedoms. Both parties, under assumed circumstances, are fully able to avoid conception through the means afforded under birth control methods, abstinence, and medical options that eliminate the risk of conception. Once conception occurs, the woman bea…

Further evidence that this is all just about oppressing women. Oh yes you say, women can bring life into this world and create our future citizens and guarantee the survival of our people if she wants to, but she will be scorned, isolated, and shamed for it. Equality indeed.

I immediately named the best options both men and women have today for avoiding pregnancy. Not having sex, being careful if you do, or opting out of the reproductive ability. All three are afforded to both men and women equally

no, a man doesn't build the actual child in his body and sacrifice career, social status, and physical health. The woman does all the work, the woman gets all the say.

By electing not to have sex, ensuring careful birth control processes are followed when they do, or even getting a vasotomy. There is nothing denied to men when it comes to controlling their ability to reproduce that women have,

Its a little dystopian to watch you say this kind of stuff. YOU don't want to pay child support but you have no qualms with women raising kids on their own, especially when you can then get online and slander single mothers. Looking forward to retirement by the way? Just curious.

Men have a say in not wanting to become a parent just as women do. Again, the birthrate crisis is undeniable. People clearly are not choosing to have kids with obvious ease.

Of course. Once the process is complete, the child enters the world, is granted citizenship, and should be invested in as any human should be.

If I got pregnant I would understand the gravity fully. Since its my body that will be building the child, my career that will be interrupted, my social status that will shift, and my life that will be at risk in the hospital in 10 months in the delivery room, yes its my choice as to whether or not to go through with that process.

the right to completely opt out of being a parent both men and women have this right and the birthrate crisis is undeniable evidence of that.

paternity and bodily autonomy. Last time I checked the men don't build a child within their body out of their own body's resources. This is the weirdest argument, women create life but you want a slice of the pie for doing what? No, men do not have the right to harvest infants from a woman's body. We are not sows, we are humans and our body's ability to reproduce belongs to us.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:21 PM

Reproductive responsibility: Bodily autonomy is defended as a right for women, while parallel autonomy for mensuch as legal parental opt-out is often rejected is difficult to acquire, revealing discomfort with symmetrical accountability. Until men sacrifice their bodies to build a human within that body, they don't get to claim ownership of it. This is exactly where the 'women already have equality' argument falls apart. Men are not involved in the process of making the child after conception, m…

Right? I swear, DT becoming president is literally this whole system blowing up in all of our face. I mean its right there, we can't ignore it. Of course they are rabid about DEI and women's autonomy, we expose them when we compete with them.

I've been looking around at something really shocking lately. In my own personal life I can name probably ten people off the top of my head who are in positions they have no authority to be in. And no, the culprit isn't DEI, but nepotism. People's kids got a pass and got to slip into jobs because they knew the guy in charge, or their dad did. Its everywhere. We have layers on layers of incompetent people who have important leadership roles and have no aptitude for doing those roles well, and the…
