| 2 | Third Party Kidnapping?The only problem with that is it possibly gives the grandmother the chance to try to get an emergency ex parte if my ex tells her. It's so tricky based solely on the fact that she actually has my daughter in her care. When my ex was little, the grandmother purposely took a loan out on her house so that she would qualify for legal aid, leaving my ex's mother no way of getting representation unless she could pay for a private attorney. Her mother's side of the family is helping in any way they can but again, they went through this same thing with this woman. The grandmother at this point has told my ex she cannot come back and does not let my daughter go anywhere with her either.
