for new Zealand its dropped from 20 to 15 or so. America does not have as much data. Lock all men up at night. I actually want them to do this. It will force the issue, and make every one realize that when these crack pots are calling all "men" rapists they are not talking about the other guy up the road, they are talking about your father, brother and son.
